We are looking

The Hansaklinik in Dortmund is looking for motivated and communicative students as telephone operators as soon as possible.

• Varied tasks
• Processing appointment requests (by email and telephone)
• Telephone management
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working
• General administrative work and office work

Requirements

• Enrolled student
• Experience in organizing consultation hours and practices in a medical practice is desirable
• Open-mindedness, friendliness, the ability to work in a team and fun working with people are very important to us
• A well-groomed appearance
• Fluent knowledge of German
