Work student Partner Management (m/f/d)

Role Summary

As a working student in partner management, you will support our team in the operational support of our marketplace sellers and gain direct insight into the processes of a dynamic e-commerce environment. You independently handle standardized seller inquiries and at the same time help us to identify recurring topics and to continuously develop our processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

About your tasks

• You will be responsible for processing support tickets from our marketplace sellers, carrying out initial checks and solving standardized queries as independently as possible using our processes and guidelines.
• On topics related to product data, product releases, offers and marketplace processes, you analyze typical questions and support you in finding solutions.
• You analyze initial synchronization and data problems and document your results completely and comprehensibly.
• You will prepare more complex cases in a structured manner for our internal experts so that all relevant information is immediately available for further processing.
• You identify recurring seller inquiries and potential for improvement and support us in continuously developing our internal processes and documentation.

Requirements

About you

• You are currently enrolled and still studying for at least a year and would ideally like to support us in the long term with 20 hours per week.
• You are interested in e-commerce, digital platforms and operational processes and enjoy working on recurring tasks carefully, with concentration and reliability.
• You like to work in a structured and independent manner, can document information in an understandable manner and are willing to familiarize yourself with Jira, Miracle and Excel as well as technical contexts.
• You speak fluent German and English, can generally agree on fixed working days and working hours and are willing to come to our office in Cologne once a month.
