Responsibilities

• Support in finding and approaching suitable candidates
• Participation in the design of job advertisements and employer branding measures
• Support throughout the entire application process – from pre-selection to the interview
• Taking on your own mini-projects in recruiting and plenty of space to contribute your own ideas

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of business administration, psychology, HR or similar
• Passionate about people, communication and organization
• Independent, structured way of working and hands-on mentality
• Desire to learn new things and get actively involved
