Role Summary
As part of your working student position, you will support our PMO team in monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources.
You will be actively involved in the creation of project status reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
You will conscientiously maintain and organize project-relevant documents and knowledge resources.
You will provide valuable support in identifying and tracking risks and problems during the course of the project.
You coordinate meetings, workshops and training courses to ensure that project activities run smoothly.
You support communication with various internal and external stakeholders in a professional and goal-oriented manner.
You will carry out ad hoc research and analyzes to make well-founded decisions in the project.
Requirements
Education: Studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable
Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Basic knowledge of project management methods (e.g. agile, classic) is an advantage; Initial practical experience in IT project management (e.g. through other internships, working student positions or university projects) is a big plus
- Personality and way of working: you manage to work on tasks in a structured and careful manner, you communicate clearly, you are proactive and you enjoy integrating into a team
- Everyday work: we offer you the opportunity to work hybrid
- Languages: very good German and good spoken and written English
