Responsibilities

• You keep our recruiting processes running. You will support the screening of incoming applications, maintain applicant data and ensure structured status maintenance in our systems.
• You are the interface between recruiting and our locations. You forward applications to the appropriate contact persons and provide support to the locations with questions about the application process.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate topics with our locations, support communication with service providers and be involved in the preparation and follow-up of regular coordination appointments.
• You analyze recruiting metrics. You support the evaluation of applicant quantities, hiring figures and key figures such as cost-per-hire or cost-per-application and, together with the team, derive optimization potential.
• You bring modern ideas to recruiting. You can contribute your own ideas, especially when analyzing recruiting channels, using new technologies and AI applications.

Requirements

• You are a registered student, ideally in the field of economics, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable course of study.
• You are interested in recruiting, human resources issues and modern working methods and would like to gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment.
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner. Even with several parallel topics, you can keep track of things and set priorities sensibly.
• You enjoy working with numbers and data. You are interested in analyzes and reporting and ideally have initial knowledge of Excel or Microsoft tools. You find topics like AI and automation exciting.
