Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketplace Technical Integration

Role Summary

Would you like to gain practical experience at the interface between Marketplace and Technical Integration during your studies? As part of our German team, you will support sellers with their onboarding on our platform, resolve their inquiries and have the opportunity to actively shape our processes and knowledge content.

Requirements

About your tasks

• You accompany our sellers through the technical onboarding on our marketplace platform and support them in successfully advancing their integration.
• You process inquiries from our sellers via our ticket system and by telephone, research suitable solutions and ensure that open issues are reliably followed up.
• You work with JIRA, keep tickets and their status up to date and thereby create transparency about ongoing inquiries and next steps.
• You review and revise articles in our Knowledge Center and help provide helpful and understandable information to our sellers.
• You contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our onboarding materials and existing processes together with the team.

About you

• You are enrolled in a relevant course of study and would like to gain practical experience in the marketplace and e-commerce environment alongside your studies.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy being in contact with our sellers and understanding their concerns.
• You work in a structured and careful manner, keep an eye on the status of various requests and can prioritize your tasks independently.
• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with JIRA, Miracle and Excel or further expanding your existing knowledge and not only executing processes, but actively improving them.
