Werkstudent (m/w/d) IT Governance

Role Summary

As a working student (m/f/d) in the area of IT governance at our location in Beckum, you will support the team in creating transparency about IT licenses, contracts and costs. You work closely with IT, purchasing and finance and contribute to the efficient development of processes related to license management and cost control. The position offers you the opportunity to actively get to know and help shape IT-related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Recording of IT licenses in the service management tool Matrix42 and assignment to the corresponding services
• Creation and evaluation of license reports including analysis of usage and derivation of optimization potential
• Documentation of deviations and support in adjusting license quantities
• Maintenance and structuring of the global contract overview
• Categorization of contracts in close coordination with IT purchasing
• Obtaining offers and preparing order information in SAP
• Support in the analysis and evaluation of IT costs within the BEUMER Group
• Participation in the continuous development of IT governance processes

Requirements

• Ongoing studies with a technical, scientific or commercial focus
• Interested in IT governance, license management and IT processes
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
