Intermate x SAMY – Shaping the State of Social

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

• Organization and support of all hardware equipment (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, monitors, peripheral devices)
• Inventory and maintenance of the device and inventory database including assignment to employees
• Unpacking, setting up and equipping devices during onboarding and offboarding
• Cable management and order in the office: structured cabling at workstations, meeting rooms and in the network cabinet
• First point of contact for simple hardware inquiries from employees, with more complex issues forwarded to the IT team

Requirements

• Ongoing studies, ideally related to IT, technology or a comparable area
• Interest in Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) and technical equipment
• Careful, structured and independent way of working
• Craftsmanship and enjoyment of practical, physical work
• Willingness to work on site in the office at least 2-3 days per week (Berlin)
