These are our current challenges and goals

Our finance team is currently actively building its structures, processes and digital infrastructure. As a working student (all genders) at Glow25, you get involved right in the middle: you bring in your tax knowledge from your training, take on your own tasks in accounting and treasury and help us make our knowledge structured and digitally available.

We need your support here

You support the further development of our internal finance intranet site in Notion and maintain it - guidelines, process descriptions and guides are collected there in a structured manner and kept up to date.

You support our accounting team with tax issues - this is where your training as a tax clerk will directly benefit you.

You will take on your own tasks in the areas of accounting and treasury and grow into more responsibility step by step.

You prepare data and documents and support the team with administrative and organizational tasks in the finance area.

This is what you bring with you

You have completed training as a tax clerk and are currently studying business administration or a related course of study.

This means you have in-depth practical experience in accounting and tax issues.

You work confidently with digital tools - Notion, Excel & Co. are fun, not frustrating (must-have).

You communicate confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills.

These are character traits that describe you

You think in a structured way and enjoy bringing order to information.

You work independently, reliably and have your own initiative.

You are curious and willing to learn - you approach new topics proactively.

You are a real team player and enjoy working with different people.
