During your working student position, you will accompany the rollout and commissioning of a brand new visualization software for our quality management and actively shape usability.
You support our process engineers in monitoring process parameters, optimizing existing processes and learning how data-driven decisions are made in practice.
Additionally, you will develop a modern, intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) for our camera-based SPC monitoring and implement new analysis features to take our in-house patent to the next level.
Last but not least, you will build a professional logging framework and implement smart exception handling to make our Python systems robust and future-proof.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or comparable
- Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; Previous experience with image processing and AI desirable
- Personality and way of working: you work independently and with quality awareness, have strong initiative and communicate your results clearly and concisely
- Everyday work: your presence on site is required
- Languages: business fluent German and English
