Role Summary

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with Constance Sakoa Boutik standards.

Greet guests courteously, present menus with confidence, and ensure orders are accurately taken and served.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Team Collaboration and Communication

Work harmoniously with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service flow.

Communicate effectively with the team to anticipate service needs and deliver seamless guest experiences.

Operational and Hygiene Standards

Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per resort policies.

Participate in daily briefings and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service

Responsibilities

Ensure Service Excellence

• Maintain professional table settings and ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

Product Knowledge and Sales

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Promote daily specials and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience and optimize revenue.
• Form 4 or equivalent certification.
• National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
