Driver/Porter

Role Summary

Transport guests, employees and authorized personnel safely and efficiently.

Carry out hotel-related deliveries and collections when required.

Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and maintained in good condition.

Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, and fluid levels.

Report any vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance requirements immediately.

Follow all road traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.

Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and records.

Assist guests with luggage when required.

Ensure punctuality when transporting guests or employees.

Maintain professional and courteous behaviour at all times.

Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and hotel information.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Previous experience as a hotel or professional driver would be an advantage.
