Role Summary

Your tasks as a wafer test sustainer (f/m/div) include

Ensuring production availability and timely processing of batches on wafer testing systems.

Processing of lots (including special lots), support with engineering tasks and plant planning according to priorities.

Simple troubleshooting, root cause analysis and documentation for lot and process problems (lot management, hold material processing, handling instructions).

Active participation in the continuous improvement process, detailed documentation of relevant events and shift handovers.

Close coordination and cooperation within the team, with internal departments, line control and external service partners to solve system and process problems.

In this position you will work in our fully continuous 6:4 shift model. This means that every 6 working days (2 early, 2 late, 2 night shifts) are followed by 4 days off.

Requirements

Education: successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. microtechnologist), a technician or master's degree is an advantage

Experience and know-how: initial professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the semiconductor industry or in a highly automated production environment. Knowledge of semiconductor processes and process control is desirable. Experienced use of common IT applications for documentation and communication
