Role Summary

Are you interested in process engineering in production? Do you enjoy craft projects? Are you hungry for knowledge and want to find out what else is inside you? Then you are ready to start training as a plastics and rubber technologist. We are training for this profession at our location in Hanover from September 1st, 2027.

The name is new, but the basics have not changed: plastics and rubber technologists (formerly process mechanics) are sought-after specialists in all areas of production. With this training you will pave your way for a successful professional future! During the three years of training, you will learn, among other things, the production of our rubber and plastic products and acquire specialist knowledge in the increasingly important areas of environmental protection, sustainability and the digitalized world of work. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the different materials and their processing, set up machines, operate systems and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
