(VIP) event / service employee (m/f/d) in Munich

Role Summary

For our newly created “DO & CO Moving Crew” we are looking for committed, service-oriented personalities who would like to become part of our dynamic team.

As a permanent member of this crew, you will work where special moments are created - flexible, professional and always with the DO & CO standard of perfection.

• Location: Munich & nationwide operations
• Type of employment: Permanent position, flexible locations and times
• Supporting VIP guests at high-profile events and exclusive hospitality areas
• Support with setup and dismantling as well as the smooth implementation of events
• Ensuring a first-class service experience in line with DO & CO quality standards
• Collaboration with different DO & CO teams at different venues
• Organization and coordination of temporary workers (mini-job workers)
• Preparation and follow-up of events

Requirements

Completed training or in-depth experience in the service, catering or hotel industry, e.g. as a service supervisor, service manager, banquet manager, catering manager or in an event

• Well-groomed, professional appearance and strong service orientation
• Reliability and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2) and good knowledge of English
• Flexibility, team spirit and joy in changing locations
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally
