Responsibilities

• You design and develop strategic initiatives in indirect procurement to scale, increase efficiency and professionalize.
• Development of concepts for spend governance, category strategies and structural improvements in the procurement environment.
• You prepare and carry out business-critical negotiations with suppliers.
• Management and coordination of cross-functional projects together with Finance, Legal and Tech.
• Creation of well-founded business cases and decision templates for senior stakeholders.
• You provide impulses for digitalization, process simplification and scalable structures in procurement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical or strategic, dynamic environment, e.g. B. Strategy consulting or scale-up.
• High strategic thinking, ability to structure complex issues and experience with C-level relevant decision templates.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to connect diverse interests, set priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, an eye for scaling and enjoyment of growth and transformation projects.
• You communicate confidently in German and English when working with senior management.
