As a UX Researcher you will be in charge of designing research strategies and executing studies that generate relevant quantitative and/or qualitative knowledge to support Skydropx's product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define quantitative research objectives: Collaborate with the Design and Product teams to identify key research questions and establish the necessary metrics to evaluate the user experience.
- Design and manage surveys and quantitative studies: Create structured surveys, forms and other research instruments to collect and analyze quantitative data.
- Analyze quantitative data: Use statistical and analysis tools such as Excel, R, SQL and Python to interpret large volumes of information, identify patterns, trends and user behaviors.
- Design and analyze A/B tests: Plan, execute and evaluate controlled experiments to measure the impact of changes in the experience or user interface.
- Define and monitor KPIs: Establish key performance indicators that allow measuring the effectiveness of products and services from the user's perspective.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative research: Collaborate with qualitative researchers to combine findings and generate a comprehensive view of the user experience.
- Generate reports and visualizations: Transform complex data into clear and actionable reports, presentations and dashboards to facilitate decision making for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and segment users: Apply statistical techniques, such as cluster analysis and segmentation, to identify groups of users with similar behaviors and characteristics.
- Evaluate usability at scale: Analyze the experience of large groups of users using metrics such as task time, error rates, satisfaction and other usability indicators.
- Validate design hypotheses: Design and execute quantitative studies to validate concepts, functionalities and design changes, using evidence that allows confirming or refuting hypotheses.
- Continuously monitor product performance: Implement and monitor metrics, tracking tools and data analysis to continuously evaluate user experience and product performance.
Requirements
- Career: Design, UX/UI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Statistics or similar.
- Experience: 2+ years in UX Research / User Research, working with web products and mobile or desktop applications.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, usability tests, surveys, user studies, etc.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL, BigQuery and Excel.
- Use of User Testing tools such as Maze or similar.
- Knowledge of SCRUM, UX Frameworks and accessibility.
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Skills: self-management, clear communication, proactivity, organization and ability to prioritize projects.
- Ease of working with multidisciplinary teams, receiving feedback and adapting to changes.
- High willingness to learn and develop within a Design team.
