Training to become a specialist in metal technology - specializing in assembly technology (m/f/d) 2027

Role Summary

During your training as a metal technology specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on assembly technology, you will become part of our production and assembly teams. You will learn how complex assemblies are created from individual parts and will actively contribute to ensuring that our systems are used reliably worldwide. The aim of your training is to develop you step by step into a qualified specialist who can confidently master modern manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture of metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Setting up, operating and monitoring machines and production systems
• Assembly of assemblies and components into functional units
• Carrying out quality tests on workpieces and assemblies
• Support in optimizing production processes
• Working with modern equipment such as CNC machines and laser cutting systems
• Documentation of work steps and results
• Close collaboration within manufacturing and assembly teams

Requirements

• Technical college entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification available
• Interested in technology and metalworking
• Craftsmanship and enjoyment of practical work
• Strong logical understanding
• Careful and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and open communication skills
• Independence and sense of responsibility
