Your training

Do you enjoy making phone calls and are you a sales talent? Then use this talent professionally with us and become a businessman m/f/d for dialogue marketing.

What does dialogue marketing actually mean? This special form of marketing focuses on direct contact between the company and the customer - be it by telephone, email or social media. During your training as a businessman m/f/d for dialogue marketing, you will learn to sell services in the area of direct and telemarketing. In our Customer Service Center you will provide customers with advice and support, solve problems on the phone, help choose the right products and accept complaints. You also evaluate statistics and work in accounting. In order to stay in touch with our customers, you will work with the latest office communication technology. The training lasts three years.

BayWa CS GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of BayWa AG and offers a customer service center for the BayWa Group at its Passau location. In addition to telephone customer service in various areas, internal services are also provided at this branch. We are the central contact for our customers, employees and clients.
