Role Summary

Responsibilities

• You will complete a 12-month traineeship in our agency and learn skills in the following areas:
• Account management
• Strategy development
• Communication
• KPI reporting
• Budget planning
• Campaign planning
• Corporate communication
• Media work
• Writing press releases, guest articles and statements
• Interviewing & accompanying press appointments
• Media training
• LinkedIn support and marketing
• Thought leadership
• Monitoring & Agenda Surfing
• Organization of speaker placements
• Co-creation of new podcast formats
• Lifestyle communication
• Creation of product mailings
• Handling of samples & seedings
• Building media relations
• Participation in networking events
• Influencer marketing
• Monitoring & trend development
• Management of social media channels

Requirements

You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences or similar.

• You enjoy working closely with founders, investors, journalists and your team on a daily basis
• You are interested in socio-political issues, current trends and startups
• You see the trainee position as a springboard for a junior consultant position at Cléo
• You speak German at native language level and have very good English skills (spoken and written)
• You have organizational talent and are responsible
• You have strong teamwork skills, but also the willingness to work independently and goal-oriented
• You bring enthusiasm, a desire for new challenges and a certain startup mentality
• You have a good feel for developing communication opportunities and creative storytelling
• You are confident in using MS Office and iOS applications
