Testmanager (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a test manager (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for quality assurance in demanding projects in the banking environment. You plan, coordinate and control all test activities - from test conception to implementation and evaluation of results. You keep track of test progress, risks and quality and make a significant contribution to ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling and monitoring all test activities including strategy, concept and plan
• Carrying out release, system and regression tests as well as evaluating the test results
• Coordination with development, department and product owner as well as prioritization and tracking of test topics
• Monitoring test progress, error tracking and reporting to project management and stakeholders
• Maintenance of test cases, test data and reports as part of structured test management
• Consideration of specifications and ensuring quality and compliance standards

Requirements

• Several years of experience in test management or quality assurance of IT projects in the banking or financial environment
• Experience with banking applications such as agree21 or OSPlus
• Confident use of tools such as aqua, Jira and Confluence
• Experience with securities account opening processes or similar banking topics
• Knowledge of test automation (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards
• Experience in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe) and identification with agile values
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German

Attractive compensation

We appreciate your achievements! With regard to your qualifications, we offer you a gross salary of between 70,000 and 90,000 euros per year, depending on professional experience and seniority level.
