Role Summary

• Support in the production and provision of cold or warm dishes according to the specified recipes
• Compliance with delivery times, implementation and ensuring quality standards
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• No à la carte business
• Front cooking

Requirements

• Training as a cook and/or gastronomic specialist is an advantage or initial experience as a kitchen employee, production cook or chef de partie
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
• Professional experience in airline catering is an advantage in commercial kitchens, food production or catering
