Role Summary
As part of the capacitive factory and system expansion, you will support the equipment engineers as technical assistance in the planning, installation and introduction of the systems into productive operation. You support the coordination of the system hardware startup with the respective service partner, as well as the MAE approval.
In consultation with the equipment engineers, you support high machine availability (uptime) and system stability using SPC, FDC, Xsite and R2R. Your operational tasks therefore have priority.
You work at the interface between maintenance and equipment engineering. You independently carry out simple maintenance and repair activities and system checks on the systems in the epitaxy / RTP area and provide support with complex maintenance. You will also train the maintenance technicians together with the trainers in the shift team, using standardized methods (induction plans, skill passports, etc.). You will also support preventative maintenance planning in collaboration with the coordinators in the shift team.
You report and document system downs with a high level of quality and accuracy.
In consultation with Equipment Engineering, they support the availability of spare parts by creating stock add requests and are responsible for returning defective components.
In your role, you take on 5S responsibility and work closely with the 5S managers on the shift.
They follow the defined safety guidelines without exception and are trained EFT/EFK.
Requirements
Training: Successfully completed skilled worker training in a technical field (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, microtechnology) with initial subject-specific professional experience
- Personality: team player, flexible, motivated, resilient, strong communicator,
- Working style: independent, self-responsible, result- and quality-oriented and highly reliable
- Qualifications: Ideally certifications or proof of system training with relevant equipment manufacturers. Qualification to become an electrician (EFK)
- Experience: Knowledge and professional experience in the semiconductor environment, ideally experience in the maintenance of epitaxy / RTP systems. Methodological knowledge of 5S, SPC and FDC
- Enthusiasm: cross-departmental thinking and interest in leading edge automotive technology
- Languages: very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written
