Role Summary

As a service technician for protective technology, you support our customers on site and are responsible for the technical support and training of our service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluation of protective devices in the medium and low voltage area
  • Modernization of our customers' protective technology and responsibility from commissioning to repair
  • Troubleshooting disruptions and failures in close collaboration with customers, partners and specialist departments
  • On-call and emergency services are part of this job, but are of course paid separately

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the technical field and further training to become a master (f/m/d) or technician (f/m/d) in the field of electrical engineering
  • Experience in the area of protection technology and in dealing with protective devices
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and a car driving license
  • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
