Then become part of our District Energy & Master Planning team as a technical project manager (m/f/d) and develop the heat supply of tomorrow together with us.
Responsible for the technical, economic and scheduling management of projects as well as ensuring successful project progress.
Processing of demanding planning projects in the area of district heating generation and heat storage (including large heat pumps, solar thermal systems, electrode boilers and cogeneration systems) across all relevant HOAI service phases.
Development of innovative process engineering concepts and solutions, taking into account the individual requirements and strategic objectives of our customers.
Participation in the preparation of tender documents, the evaluation of offers as well as the review of supplier plans and property monitoring during construction.
Acquisition of planning and consulting projects as well as active participation in business development and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
Control and coordination of approval procedures according to BImSchG including the creation and compilation of the necessary application documents.
Contact person for technical questions within the team as well as active promotion of knowledge transfer and professional development.
About you
Successfully completed studies in the field of energy technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental technology or a comparable engineering discipline (Bachelor or Master).
Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in planning and managing projects in the field of thermal energy systems; Experience in the district heating environment is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of the energy industry and the relationships between energy production, storage and distribution.
Confident handling of relevant planning and engineering tools, e.g. B. AutoCAD Plant 3D, SysKMR, STANET, ROHR2, Visio, ORCA AVA or comparable applications.
Experience in supplement and claims management as well as in the contractual evaluation of service changes is an advantage.
High level of initiative, coupled with a pragmatic, solution-oriented and results-oriented way of working.
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable manner.
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips for customer, project and construction site appointments (approx. 20%).
