Role Summary
Her heart beats for TGA projects in all their facets. With your expert knowledge in electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing, you create real added value for your customers from the initial concept through commissioning to successful completion. Whether as a planner, technician, foreman, engineer or project manager – are you experienced and want to take the next step? - Coordinating and defining the project goals, the economic processing processes and setting up the project-specific organizational structures
- Participate in the selection of other project participants such as specialist planners, consultants and executing companies
- Preparing, leading and controlling project meetings as well as the exchange with those involved in the project and other interfaces (internal/external)
- Leading and actively participating in contract and supplementary negotiations
- Checking technical content and decision templates, contributing ideas and developing proposed solutions in collaboration with our expert teams
- Defining, controlling and ensuring costs, deadlines and quality of planning and construction services
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA), supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, energy technology, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technician)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in technical project management, planning or management of complex construction projects
- Sound specialist knowledge of TGA, ideally with a focus on HLSK
- Good knowledge of recognized rules and technology (DIN, VDI and legal requirements)
- Good knowledge of contractual content and context of the HOAI, AHO, VOB and public procurement law
- Passion for the topics of optimization and digitalization, quality assurance as well as the environment and ecology of complex technical buildings
- Enjoy dealing with builders and project participants
- Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
