Role Summary
As a Technical Integration Manager, you help shape the decisive moment in which our partners become part of our e-commerce platform: you accompany them from technical onboarding to successful integration and remain an important contact person afterwards. You connect partners, acquisition and IT, solve technical challenges and at the same time have the opportunity to actively develop our onboarding and support processes.
Requirements
About your tasks
- You accompany our partners through the entire technical onboarding on our e-commerce platform, support them in setting up their accounts and train them in uploading their product portfolio.
- You keep an eye on the technical integration processes and ensure that everything works together reliably - from the correct visibility of the products on our website to the successful transfer of orders.
- If you have technical questions or challenges, you will be the direct contact person for our partners during onboarding and beyond and will accompany them in a solution-oriented manner until a successful result.
- As a link between our partners and internal departments, especially acquisition and IT, you bring together the right contacts and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You will use your experience from daily collaboration to identify potential for improvement and to continuously develop the onboarding and customer support processes together with the teams involved.
About you
- You have completed a degree or technical training in the field of business, IT systems, e-commerce or a comparable area and have already gained experience in onboarding/customer areas, technical support or (IT) consulting; Knowledge of the e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Software systems, new technologies and data pique your interest. You quickly familiarize yourself with technical issues, organize your topics reliably and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
- In contact with different partners, you will find pragmatic solutions even in challenging situations and bring your own initiative and strong social and intercultural skills.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and can communicate confidently with our partners and internal teams in both languages.
