Role Summary
As technical assistance for DGUV V3 tests, you carry out initial and repeat tests on stationary electrical systems from various manufacturers in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations (e.g. DIN VDE).
You evaluate and document the proper condition of the electrical systems and equipment and create detailed test protocols and reports.
You recognize defects early on and are responsible for eliminating defects, including tracking the measures implemented.
You will work closely with our internal teams from maintenance and production as well as with external service providers.
In addition, you will be involved in the continuous improvement of testing processes and the increase in system safety.
Your work is always carried out in compliance with the applicable safety regulations; Proactively identify and minimize potential dangers.
They provide support in the electronic repair shop and equipment support.
Requirements
- Training: completed training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics technician for industrial technology, energy and building technology) as well as completed further training as an electrician (EFK)
- Qualification: Additional qualification as a qualified person to test electrical systems (e.g. according to TRBS 1203) and in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN VDE 0100, 0105, 0113 etc.)
- Experience and know-how: Experience in testing fixed electrical systems, preferably in an industrial environment desirable, Experience in testing stationary electrical systems, preferably in an industrial environment desirable
- Personality and way of working: team player, flexible, motivated, resilient, reliable and strong in communication as well as a forward-looking, independent and responsible way of working
- Languages: good knowledge of German and English
