Role Summary

  • Technical guidance and support for small assembly teams in technical plant construction
  • Organization and division of daily work processes on the construction site
  • Active participation in assembly, maintenance and repair work
  • Coordination of external companies, control of material and tool provision
  • Coordination with customers, internal contacts and technical project management
  • Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards
  • Creation of activity, service and work reports
  • Participation in the optimization of assembly and work processes

Requirements

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith, construction mechanic, mechatronics engineer, metal worker, welder (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Practical experience in the areas of industrial assembly, mechanical engineering, system service or maintenance
  • technical understanding and craftsmanship
  • First experience in directing or organizing employees is an advantage
  • independent and responsible way of working
  • Communication skills and team spirit
  • Proficient use of Outlook and basic PC applications desirable
  • Willingness to travel or assemble individual projects within Germany
