Role Summary

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the operational quality team (IQM-OQ)
• Ensuring, controlling and continuously optimizing quality assurance processes and testing procedures
• Planning and coordination of measurement orders, initial sample tests, series tests as well as special and project tests
• Evaluation and documentation of test results as well as processing of quality deviations in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
• Responsibility for the release process of components from initial sampling to series release
• Collaboration with development, purchasing and other departments on new and further developments
• Processing complaints and coordinating rework and trial orders
• Planning, carrying out and supporting internal and external audits
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of quality, manufacturing and business processes

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on promoting personal responsibility and building an open feedback and trust culture
• Completed technical training, technician, master, bachelor or comparable qualification
• Further training in quality management, ideally as a quality management representative (QMB) and/or auditor
• Knowledge of relevant management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001)
• Confident use of MS Office applications and good SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Communication and teamwork skills, quick comprehension and flexibility combined with high organizational talent
• High level of commitment and willingness to work as well as an independent and responsible way of working
