Role Summary

Your challenges

• Team leader HR administration DE and support in the operational and organizational management of the team (4 people)
• Responsibility for flawless personnel administration across the entire employee life cycle. From entry to exit
• Supporting correct and timely wage processing in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Support for all topics in the area of social insurance (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, withholding tax, etc.)
• Control and maintenance of personnel master data, employment contracts, certificates and HR-relevant documents
• Contact person for employees and superiors for administrative and social security issues
• Collaboration and sub-project management in the optimization of HR processes, digitalization and introduction of new HR tools

Requirements

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training with further training in human resources (e.g. HR specialist certificate or in training)
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally with initial management experience or a deputy role
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss social security system as well as wage and personnel administration processes
• Confident use of MS Office and HR systems
• Structured, reliable and responsible way of working with high quality standards
• Strong communicator, service-oriented personality with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German; Knowledge of French is a great advantage
