Responsibilities

• Holistic professional care and support for patients from the above-mentioned specialist areas
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures in accordance with the nursing process

• Active participation in the further development of care quality and internal processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in the acute sector, ideally with knowledge of orthopedics and cardiology
• Sense of responsibility, high social skills and ability to work in a team
• Enjoy a dynamic working environment with changing requirements
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous training
