Responsibilities

• As a Physiotherapist, you will be required to
• Clinical activities
• Caring for hospitalized patients.
• Provide treatment for outpatients in pelvi-perineal rehabilitation.
• Participate in the development of outpatient activity and specialized services.
• Manage complex, chronic clinical situations or those presenting therapeutic failures.
• Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors and the various stakeholders in the care pathway.
• Develop specific expertise in your field.

Leadership and development

• Define and develop support standards, protocols and internal recommendations.
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team.
• Assume a role of clinical referent in your area of expertise.
• Be involved in the dynamics and management of the team.
• Contribute to the creation and development of the MotionLab professional network.
• Participate in the management of projects related to the center's services.
• Contribute to the development of new offers and business growth.

Requirements

• Swiss physiotherapist diploma or equivalent qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Proven experience in the field of pelvi-perineal rehabilitation.
• Additional training in pelvi-perineal rehabilitation (asset).
• Desire to get involved in promoting high-quality care
• Natural leadership and taste for transmitting knowledge.
• Dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Autonomy, flexibility, versatility and commitment.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Great capacity for adaptation.
• Strong interest in innovation, new technologies and multidisciplinary approach.
