Role Summary

Manage telephone calls, schedule appointments and analyze requests, if necessary with the advice of the doctor

Greet patients, seat them and prepare them for exams

Perform, at the doctor's request, blood tests, injections, blood pressure measurements, weighing, etc.

• Prepare the instruments necessary for medical examinations
• Assist doctors during treatment
• Enter and update patient files while respecting data protection
• Carry out correspondence (reports and letters dictated by doctors)
• Participate in entering services for invoicing
• Manage orders for equipment and medications
• Take on the missions entrusted to you
• Maintain and develop your skills
• Participate in the permanent improvement of the processes in which you are involved

Requirements

• Medical assistant diploma only
• Experience in a general practice
• Experience in a medical office (an asset)
• Good command of IT tools
• Dynamic, rigor and efficiency
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Versatile and flexible (variable hours)
• Team spirit
