Responsibilities

  • You manage conversion and investment projects and develop future-oriented digitalization approaches for building automation.
  • You accompany the commissioning of building automation systems, check their functionality and ensure the quality of the implementation.
  • You support testing and automation topics and bring in AI-supported approaches to make technical processes smarter and more efficient.
  • With sustainability in mind, you monitor the contractual provision of services and ensure long-term efficient systems through standardization.
  • You check project-related documentation and electrical engineering documents and ensure that all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements are adhered to.
  • You consistently ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and health protection standards in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

  • A successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical training
  • Experience in building automation as well as a structured, proactive and results-oriented way of working
  • Ideally, first experience in leading interdisciplinary teams or in coordinating partner companies
  • Knowledge of the regulation and control technology of TGA systems
  • Openness to digital solutions, testing, automation and the use of new technologies, including AI-powered approaches
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills and very good knowledge of German
