Technical knowledge we seek for Sensedia Team Leader vacancies

Note: it is not necessary to have all the knowledge described below, we seek to cover different professionals with different knowledge.

• Previous experience leading people and technology teams;
• IT technical background;
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agilist or Project Leader;
• Mastery of agile practices and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Be the focal point between the client and the development team;
• Apply agile practices, monitor activities and collect productivity metrics;
• Work on the technical and behavioral development of the team, with continuous assessments and feedback;
• Ensure team organization (time control, vacations, absences);

Stimulate engagement with events, internal initiatives and Sensedia culture.
