Role Summary
Responsibilities: - Develop the accurate and timely preparation of technical bid and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements and cost objectives.
- Create, implement and review local sales support strategies, in line with the global strategy.
- Oversee the creation of estimates, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant Hitachi procedures and guidelines. Energy, as well as legal requirements.
- Ensure that all competitive offers take into account the market situation and customer conditions.
- Assist the sales organization in determining the optimal and most profitable solutions to meet customer needs.
- Allocate internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation in order to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.
- Facilitate support to sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and customer negotiations and provide technical support and clarifications when necessary.
- Analyze customer needs and competitive offerings through market intelligence and insights from the sales teams.
- Guide, motivate, train and develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of the sales support team.

- Ensures validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing).
- Participates/Leads project risk review processes.
- Project risk analysis.
Requirements: - Training: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field, working in Substations.
- Languages: Intermediate English (mandatory) / Portuguese (desirable)
- Solid knowledge of Substations within the electricity market.
- Knowledge of proposal estimation, tender management, risk analysis, services and solutions
- Experience in Sales and/or Commercial Support, with demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
- Strong and well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
- Experience in technical and economic offerings
- STATCOM / SVC compensation performance (desirable)
- Advanced Excel
