Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for laboratory analytical services focused on the food industry, aligned with the area's commercial strategy. We are looking for professionals with experience or knowledge in customer service.

Technical careers in the areas of: Administration, Food and Agricultural Sciences.

Responsibilities

Provide post-sales customer support, managing samples so that they can enter the laboratory process and other requests, and providing support to customer service executives, to contribute to the maintenance of current customers and the satisfaction of our users with the services delivered.
