Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting with impact: You manage your own job projects and take on holistic responsibility for the search and selection process - from the initial sharpening of your profile in close sparring with our specialist departments to the final contract negotiation and closing.
• Personal sourcing: You identify suitable talents at eye level, inspire them in friendly interviews from elunic and ensure an excellent candidate experience through your close support in the recruiting process.
• Smart Operations: To reduce the burden on you in day-to-day operations, you cleverly integrate smart freelancers and AI tools.
• Data-driven: You create creative job descriptions, keep an eye on the associated key figures and proactively develop our internal recruiting processes (such as aptitude diagnostic tools) with your own ideas.
• Social Media & Active Sourcing: You have excellent knowledge of social media (such as LinkedIn) in order to push jobs via targeted campaigns or address top talent directly via active sourcing.

Requirements

• Experience in the startup & tech environment: You have at least 3 years of in-depth recruiting practice - ideally from a dynamic startup, scale-up or agency/human resources consulting environment (preferably with a tech, consulting or sales connection).
• Absolute AI affinity: You are enthusiastic about technology and naturally use modern AI tools in your daily work to make workflows more efficient and smarter.
• Pragmatism & “Progress over Perfection”: You live the credo “80% today is better than 100% tomorrow”. As a goal-oriented personality, you think in a process-oriented way, tackle things pragmatically and always keep an overview, even at high speeds.
• Smartness & Empathy: You combine a winning personality with logical and analytical thinking skills. You know modern recruiting trends, convince top talents on an equal level and communicate fluently.
