Job description
- Location:
- Germany-wide
- Work arrangement:
- On-site
Role Summary
We are an owner-managed IT service company from Berlin and have been on the market for over 15 years. Our team looks after the IT infrastructure of more than 15,000 employees in the care industry at over 2,500 workstations. Our goal: People should be able to rely on modern technology in their everyday work - from support to stable system operation. Our focus is on small and medium-sized companies, especially in the care sector. With a lot of experience and a clear view of our customers' needs, we develop IT solutions that make everyday life safe and uncomplicated - from the corporate cloud to automated deployment and modern security concepts.
Our Operations team ensures the highly available operation of our central IT infrastructure and develops it strategically. This includes the conception and design of new systems as well as continuous monitoring and proactive maintenance of our platforms. Through clear standards and technical specifications, we create a stable basis for our helpdesk and the IT projects team - and ensure that our solutions are technically reliable, scalable and stable in our customers' everyday lives.
We are looking forward to a new team member as a full-time system administrator - Automation & Tools, who will make the full potential of the tools we use available company-wide, support and simplify our support processes and thus advance our entire IT - remotely in Germany in the home office or coworking space.
The tools we use such as NinjaOne, ControlUp, nerdio and others. As part of our existing tool landscape, you will continue to expand and continuously develop it further - from conception to implementation to training your colleagues
You analyze existing processes and (partially) automate them using scripting so that recurring tasks run easier, faster and more reliably
You will evaluate additional tools to optimize and support our operational and support processes in a professional manner, introduce them in a controlled manner and support their integration into our environment
With a clear focus on optimization and further development, you will help shape the expansion of a scalable, maintainable and largely automated infrastructure and ensure that our IT operations continually improve
Requirements
What you should bring with you
- You have completed training as an IT specialist, have a degree with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification
- You also have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the administration of tools such as NinjaRMM, ControlUp, nerdio or comparable solutions
- You have in-depth knowledge of optimizing the use of IT tools and can confidently use scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell or common programming languages in your everyday work
- Taking responsibility for projects and implementing them in a solution-oriented manner excites you and you value the professional exchange within the team
- You communicate confidently and professionally in German orally and in writing (at least C1 level)
