Role Summary

Due to the successful launch of our Cloud and online solutions, we are growing fast! For that reason, we are immediately looking to expand our team. Are you the one who actively maintains our customer relationships with your excellent communication skills and always knows how to find a suitable solution?

What will you do as a Support Consultant?

After an induction process in which you get to know Emergo, our products, your colleagues and customers well, you get to work. As a Support Consultant you fulfill the (daily) source of information for our customers. Every day you maintain relationships with our existing customers by helping them with their first and second line questions. It gives you energy to really help customers and your goal is achieved when customers are satisfied with the solution you have offered them. By maintaining an active relationship with our customers, you bind them to our company and you are able to continue to improve our customer journey.

In addition, you may be deployed, in consultation, to carry out work at customers' locations. This way you also meet the people you regularly speak to by telephone.

Career opportunities

After you have gained sufficient knowledge and experience from our Support department, there are opportunities to start working as an Implementation Consultant. You will then implement our software at our customers throughout the Netherlands and you will manage the (extensive) implementations and manage the entire process. You also provide presentations and give courses about the software packages to end users. In short, you are the bridge between our products and the user needs of our customers.

Requirements

You are looking for a job where you can really relieve others' worries. You are a good listener and ask the right questions to really help people. You have a feeling for how things work (processes and systems). Because the customer can always come to you, you are able to build relationships with our customers and you are an ambassador for our organization.

• If you have experience in another sector, for example hospitality, facility, finance, HR or similar, and the description matches what gives you energy, we look forward to your response!
• What are you bringing?
• Someone with ambition and an HBO or WO diploma in the field of: Business IT & Management, ICT Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, HR, Facility or another suitable study.
• You have good communication skills, are a good listener and have analytical skills.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.

About the Company

What are you going to do?

After an induction process in which you get to know Emergo, the products and your colleagues well, you get to work. You are the point of contact for our customers and users for reports, questions, training and wishes regarding software solutions. Often at customers' locations, but also from the office in Harderwijk or at home. You enjoy taking on challenging jobs.

After you have gotten to know our products well, you will help customers solve questions and any problems with the software. In addition, you (with your colleagues) shape increasingly extensive implementations.

You bridge the gap between user needs and functional possibilities of our software solution by connecting with our customer, the products and your colleagues.
