Role Summary

Insight into customer experiences is the starting point for customer-oriented (consultancy) advice. To gauge our customer satisfaction, we are looking for an enthusiastic graduate who wants to be of immediate value to our organization by conducting a customer satisfaction survey. You will work in a small but very committed team where you can immediately contribute to our team, our product and our services.

What are you going to do?

You will map the customer journey with us and use this to develop a nice (online) questionnaire that we can distribute to our customers. Based on the results, you will help us optimize customer satisfaction, online findability, our product and our services in general.

Goal: that we as an organization learn more about the expectations of our customers, discover how satisfied they are with our services and how loyal our customers are towards our organization.

We think it is important to point out that your research results and recommendation will not disappear into the bottom of a drawer. You can actually contribute to us.

What do we ask?

We are looking for an HBO graduate intern who would like to research customer satisfaction, which is somewhat in line with your current education. Curiosity and independence are key words here. We assume that you show a lot of initiative yourself. Knowledge of SPSS is an advantage. Does your graduation process start later in the year? We are happy to look at the possibilities together.

Requirements

You are a fourth-year student who is ready for the final step in the program, namely graduation. You have good communication skills and have a good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written. You can work well in a team, but you are also very strong independently. During your training you have acquired knowledge related to marketing, research skills and business advice and you would like to put this into practice.

During this graduation internship you will not only get to know the product but also the customers and users. By being in contact with our customers, you know exactly how we can make our software and services even better. Together with your colleagues you will make Emergo Systems even more successful and you can develop further.

You get positive energy to achieve successes together with your colleagues. You are constantly looking for opportunities to get more out of yourself. You are creative, independent, results-oriented and take initiative and work in a structured manner. Naturally, you are eager to learn and dare to take on tasks that may be new to you.
