Role Summary

In this challenging position

you actively build new relationships and maintain regular contact with existing relationships; use your existing contacts to get things done and join networks;

you are responsible for developing customer relationships;

you play an important role in further expanding the success of the propositions, the Practices and Sopra Steria as a whole. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial here;

you work together with the customer, your own multifunctional team and with the Sales & Delivery organization.

Requirements

You have already filled your professional toolbox well with consultancy, business analysis and good communication skills, among other things. You enjoy working in teams to find analytical, practical and creative solutions to complex problems. You can also successfully carry out (part) projects independently and you enjoy regular sparring with colleagues.

You are able to manage (smaller) teams, you have gained a clear picture of your specialty in your previous job or jobs and you know where you want to grow. You can also demonstrate this with relevant practical examples from the sectors in which we operate, such as the public sector, the financial sector and industry. Sopra Steria can help you further refine and realize this.

In addition you have

• a completed higher vocational or university education in a technical or business field;
• an excellent knowledge of Dutch, in which you can communicate fluently;
• at least 2 years of experience as a consultant with a proven track record in tactical and strategic organizational advice;
• expertise within one or more of the following areas: the public sector, the financial sector or industry/commerce (utilities);
• in-depth knowledge and experience within one or more of the following focus areas: IT strategy, cloud transformation, IT modernization, technology platforms, API/Composable Architectures, data strategy, data-driven organizations, data products, data platforms, data management & governance,
• operational excellence, lean management, intelligent automation, business process management, Obeya, portfolio management, agile transformation and scaling, DevOps transformation, workforce transformation, change management or product management.
