Role Summary

Responsible for efficient and high-quality personnel deployment planning in accordance with customer contracts

Planning and controlling deployments with the Securitas duty scheduling program DPP (property and employee planning, invoicing, deployment and vacation planning, qualifications management, sick notes, payroll interface)

• Creating, updating and monitoring service instructions and ensuring compliance on site
• Management, support and motivation of employees in the area of responsibility, including conducting employee appraisals
• Participation in personnel selection in collaboration with the responsible HR center
• Organization and registration of introductory training as part of the onboarding process
• Ensuring the availability of uniforms and technical equipment
• Coordination and control of the introduction of new employees to the properties
• Support in the support and further development of existing customers as well as collaboration in the acquisition of new customers and preparation of offers
• Close cooperation and support of the area manager/deputy area manager
• Quality management in accordance with QM guidelines, monitoring of the contractually agreed security services (quality, scope, complaint processing)
• Support with security analyzes and risk assessments (e.g. risk assessment)
• Care and maintenance of Securitas tools and support of the corporate strategy (e.g. toolbox, vision, PDA)

Requirements

• Tested protection and security force (GSSK) in accordance with Section 34a GewO
• Completed vocational training as well as commercial/industry-specific qualifications and/or completed business studies/safety management are an advantage
• Experience in the service/security industry
• Leadership experience
• Experience with workforce planning programs
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• High affinity for technology
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) both spoken and written
• Driving license class B
• Impeccable reputation
• Organizational skills
• High service orientation (customer and service orientation)
• High commitment and resilience
• Flexibility and reliability
