Role Summary

Short and sweet

Are you not just looking for a job, but a playground where you can actively shape the future of e-commerce? With us, you take on the role of an in-house consultant: you combine strategy, technology and the daily shopping experience of hundreds of thousands of customers.

This is what awaits you

End-to-end project management: You design and manage projects to optimize our app storefront and the digital shopping experience.

Business Development: You identify potential for increasing customer satisfaction and commercial success (margin, conversion, retention) and implement these on your own responsibility.

Interface function: You act as a bridge builder between category management, tech teams and marketing in order to successfully roll out complex campaigns and features.

Data-Driven Decisions: Using A/B tests, target group analyzes and KPI monitoring (visitor numbers, sales, etc.) you validate your ideas and continuously optimize our platform.

Operational excellence: You are in charge - from strategic planning to the precise implementation of visible changes in the app.

  • This is what you bring with you
  • A completed master's degree (economics, marketing, analytics or comparable)
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a dynamic environment (e-commerce, consulting, food retail or start-up)

Strong project management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work in a structured manner even under high pressure.

You have an affinity for data and ideally have initial experience with SQL or relational databases.

You can look forward to that

Get started with us: Become part of our international team in an environment that promotes real growth and an “act like an owner” mentality. Drive projects forward independently, test new ideas and benefit from training while you directly shape the success of our company.

Meals: Enjoy a fresh, free breakfast and lunch in our office every day, plus plenty of snacks and fruit for an energy boost in between.

Unforgettable moments: From our legendary annual ski trip to Christmas parties to performances by our own picnic band: We celebrate our successes together.

A modern workspace: Our newly renovated office is designed for collaboration and offers you flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation.

Individual mobility: You decide how you get to us. We offer a subsidized Germany ticket and a “Lease-a-Bike” program.

Well-being & balance: We offer you professional support for your mental health with OpenUp. And thanks to our dog-friendly office, your four-legged companion is welcome by arrangement.

The basics: We provide you with everything you need for your success - including a laptop and cell phone as well as access to exclusive discounts (corporate benefits) for travel, technology and much more.

Sustainability at the core: Become part of the revolution. You contribute to a greener future through our 100% electric fleet and our supply chain that reduces food waste.
