We are looking for an Android Software Engineer Staff Person to lead the technical evolution of one of the hearts of our application: the App Home. This is a very high-impact challenge, focused on customizing the user experience, very high availability, extreme quality and strong business dominance in the fintech scenario.

Differentiators that make you stand out

Android specialist (Kotlin) with intention/desire to also work with iOS

Knowledge of Server-Driven UI (SDUI) and building AI agents

Previous experience developing solutions that use artificial intelligence or predictive models for personalization.

Previous experience in the financial segment (Fintechs, large banks or Big Techs with financial products).

Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership and Architecture: Design, direct and ensure the scalability of the App Home architecture, serving as a technical reference for the team and positively influencing the company's engineering.
  • Hybrid Strategic Vision: Lead the transition and strategic adoption of modern technologies, with a special focus on building a hybrid environment.
  • Engineering Culture: Promote best development practices, ensuring high test coverage (unit, integration and automated), rigorous code reviews and mentoring for senior and full-time engineers.
  • Availability and Resilience: Closely monitor the health of the application in production (performance metrics, bugs, crashes and latency), ensuring resilience in a mission-critical environment (fintech).
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers and Stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into elegant, performant and viable technical solutions.
  • Requirements (and you don’t need to have them all to apply!)
  • Solid and proven experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
  • Deep mastery of the modern Android ecosystem: Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Navigation, Room, Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Deep knowledge in high-performance and scalable architectures, such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with monitoring and data analysis tools in production (Firebase, Mixpanel or similar).
  • Consolidated experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and test automation.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a technical facilitator between different teams using agile methodologies (Jira, Kanban).
