Responsibilities

• Work on the design and maintenance of flows that support the acquisition of new customers, focusing on reducing manual tasks and increasing the operational efficiency of the area.
• Perform in-depth analyzes to understand the impact of each channel and ensure that the marketing budget is being used as efficiently as possible.
• Ensure that the Growth team and managers have reliable dashboards and indicators to make quick decisions about the flow of accounts and credit.
• Actively work on building visions that support the planning of new accounts and credit expansion.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL (data extraction and manipulation) and proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python.
• Notions of ETL processes and understanding of how data is structured to ensure assertive analysis.
• Ability to move between technical execution and the interpretation of business indicators fluidly.
• Mentality focused on creating solutions that automate processes and generate intelligence for the area.

Differences

• Previous experience in Planning and/or Acquisition areas with a focus on data analysis.
• Experience in the financial sector or in fast-growing contexts (Fintechs).
