Specialist (m/f/d) emergency call and service control center / NSL at Securitas in Munich, BAVARIA, Germany.
Role Summary
Your main tasks
- Receiving and processing emergency calls, alarm and service calls
- Acceptance, verification and prioritization of incoming reports
- Initiation and coordination of appropriate measures according to alarm and intervention plans
- Alerting and controlling intervention forces, security and rescue services, fire brigade and police
- Supporting customers and contractual partners in stressful and exceptional situations
- Monitoring of technical systems (e.g. hazard alarm systems, video surveillance, access control systems)
- Documentation of all processes in the control center system
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, norms and internal quality standards
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Requirements
This is what you bring with you
- Min. Certified protection and security force / GSSK (m/f/d) and
- NSL specialist (m/f/d) (this can be made up)
- Several years of professional experience in security services, ideally in a control center/monitoring
- Good PC and software knowledge
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN/VDE, data protection)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (Level B1/B2)
- Good technical understanding
- Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
- No previous convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record
