Role Summary

The job profile combines family medicine work with a diverse range of tasks in emergency medicine

If desired, the employment can also be temporary for the winter season

Responsibilities

• General medical care: Comprehensive care for patients of all ages in all areas of general medicine
• Emergency medicine, emergency service: Participation in the local medical emergency service, treatment of emergency patients in the practice and on site in close cooperation with ground and air rescue
• Retirement home: Continuous medical care for local patients in the retirement home in Lauterbrunnen
• Training: Active participation in the training of junior doctors, medical students and other medical professionals
• Medical service at major events: Participation in the organization and implementation of medical service operations (International Lauberhorn races and other major events)

Requirements

• Specialist in general internal medicine FMH or equivalent federally recognized diploma
• Interest and ideally experience in emergency medicine
• Commitment to patient-centered, interdisciplinary and team-oriented work
• Responsible, resilient and flexible personality
• knowledge of German; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Enjoy living and working in an attractive mountain region
