Skilled worker turning in production (temporary, m/f/various)

Role Summary

From day one, you will operate CNC-controlled multi-spindle turning machines in multi-machine operation and set them up independently.

With a trained eye, you check workpieces for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness and document the measurement results. This is your important contribution to ensuring the excellent quality of our products.

To ensure our flawless products, you carry out tool corrections and are responsible for tool changes.

You will also undertake care, maintenance and cleaning work as well as rectifying minor machine malfunctions as specified.

Requirements

• Training: Ideally completed vocational training as an industrial or cutting mechanic or comparable qualification, further training in the area of CNC programming is desirable
• Experience: You have several years of in-depth knowledge of CNC turning, experience in the area of soft machining is desirable, you are familiar with quality tools and the use of measuring equipment.
• Working method: Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Personality: ability to work in a team, reliability, strong quality awareness, resilience and a high level of comprehension.
